Located on the north and west sides of the Visitor Center, this award-winning garden was developed by the Bellevue Utilities Department to demonstrate how practicing water conservation benefits any garden. Designers Jil & Howard Stenn have selected plants which can survive with little summer water once established. Interpretive signs highlight the key practices used to create and maintain the garden. Learn how to grow a lush, colorful landscape that's easier on you, your wallet and the environment. Free take-home Waterwise Gardening Guides can be found in the Visitor Center. |
