Wide-growing shrubs that need plenty of space to show off their generous branching pattern.  Height 8-16 feet, spread 8-16 feet.

Leaves:  Nice looking leaves which turn red, yellow and orange in the fall.
Flowers: ‘Arnold Promise’ is a relatively late-flowering cultivar.  The bright yellow, fragrant, narrow and long, crumpled petals of the Witch Hazel are eye-catching.

Bloom Time: Flowers appear in January and remain until March.  Seed capsules appear in late summer.
Growing Conditions:  Likes well-drained, highly fertile, humus-rich soil in full or part-sun.
